Restrictions:
- Indonesian and South African origins are only allowed to supply single mine coal with providing the relevant supporting documents.
- The vessel age shall not be restricted.
- The demurrage cap is applied to U$35,000 for Cape and U$25,000 for Panamax.
- The bidder should not submit specified surveyor’s name.
- The bidder should not submit two prices in the same bid.
- The restricted origin bidding shall not be accepted multi origin clause.
- Payment term should be selected T/T or L/C without any other details.
- The bidder should not remove any clauses in Adjustment of the Price for Quality in the contract.
- Origin: multiple origins are not allowed to attend.
