KOEN INVITED BIDS FOR 1.87 MILLION TONS OF COAL FOR JULY - OCTOBER 2019 DELIVERY
 COALspot.com: South Korea’s KOREA SOUTH-EAST POWER CO., LTD. (KOEN) has issued an international tender for 1,700,000 to 1,870,000 Metric Tons (MT) steam coal for the 1st contract year. The successful bidders except Russian origin shall be increased contract volume from CY2 to CY3 up to 150% the quantity offered for CY1. In case of Russian origin, shall be increased volume from CY2 to CY3 up to 130% the quantity offered for CY1.
According to the bid notice no. KOEN-Coal-2019-LT03~LT04 terms and conditions, the bidders are required offer 650,000 to 750000 tons of Min. 5,400 NCV coal (TS :Max 0.8%), Min.4,600 and
Max.5,200 NCV coal (TS :Max 0.6%) and Min.4,600 and Max.5,000 NCV coal (TS :Max 0.6%) on one single fixed price on FOBT for CY1 (Only Cape).
