The 2nd and 3rd contract year of Each tender shall be July 2019 to June 2021.
The annual quantity of 2nd and 3rd year shall be 560kt of LT01~04, 280kt of LT05~07, 560kt~1,120kt of LT08 and 280kt of LT09.
