Q3' 16 FOB RICHARDS BAY COAL SWAP CLOSED AT $ 40.80; DECLINE $ 2.80 M-O-M
 COALspot.com: Q1’ 2016 API4 FOB Richards Bay Coal swap up month over month and decline week over week.
The Q1’ 2016 FOB Richards Bay Coal swap was up US$ 0.10, or 0.21 percent over a month, and now stands at US$ 47.80 per ton. According to AsiaClear OTC coal swap's report released on 15 January 2016, Q1’ 2016 swap was down 2.25 percent compared to 8 January 2016 closing price.

API4 FOB Richards Bay coal for (average) Q2’ 2016 delivery swap slipped month over month and week over week, this past week.
According to SGX data released between 11 - 15 January 2016, the average Q2’ 2016 swap down $ 1.62 (3.56%) per MT Month over month, down US$ 2.12 per ton week on week.
FOB Richards Bay coal swap for Q2’ 2016 delivery closed at US$ 43.88 per ton on 15 January 2016, the data from SGX shows.
Q3’ 2016 delivery swap shed US$2.80 per ton to US$ 40.80 per ton month over month.
The Q3’ 2016 swap fell average $ 2.20 per ton to US$ 40.80 on 15 January 2016 compared to US$ 43.00 closed on 8 January 2016.
FOB Richards Bay Coal Swaps for Q2 and Q3 deliveries remained weak.

SGX Asia Clear OTC FOB Richards Bay coal Q3’ 2016 delivery swap was closed US$ 7 (14.64%) per ton lower compared to average Q1’ 2016 delivery price of US$ 47.80 per ton on 15 January 2016. While, the coal swap for Q2’ 2016 delivery, closed average US$ 3.08 (7.02%) per ton higher than Q3’ 2016 delivery price.
The API4 FOB Richards Bay Coal swap for Q1’ 2016 delivery has achieved a highest price of average US$ 48.30 / MT on 11 January 2016 and has entered its lowest level (US$ 47.70 / MT) on 13 January 2016.
