LOW DEMAND PUTTING COAL SWAPS UNDER PRESSURE
 COALspot.com: Indonesian coal swaps for delivery Q4' 2014 lost on day, week and month.
The swap has lost US$ 1.57 (-3.04%) month on month according to AsiaClear OTC coal swap's reports released on 17 October, last Friday.
FOB Indonesia coal swap
Sub-bit FOB Indonesia coal swap for (average) Q1' 2015 delivery has also lost on month, week and day. The average swap lost $ 3.21 (-6.06%) month on month, US$ 1.93 (-3.74%) week on week and US$ 0.88 (-1.74%) per mt day on day on 17 October 2014, SGX data shows.
Q4' 2015 delivery swap also lost average US$ 3.88 (-7.23%) week on week. Sub-bit FOB Indonesia coal swap, as per SGX's data, lost particularly Q4'14 and Q1 and Q4 '2015 deliveries.
SGX Asia Clear OTC Sub-Bit Indonesia coal Q1' 2015 delivery swap closed US$ 0.41 (-0.82%) lower compared to average Q4' 2014 delivery price of US$ 50.13 on 17 October 2014. In the meantime, the coal swap for Q4' 2015 delivery, also closed average US$ 0.38 (-0.76%) lower than swap for Q4' 2014 delivery for the same reported period.

This is the first time, 2015 coal swaps were closed lower compared to this year swaps closing. Q4’ 2015 Sub-Bit Indonesia coal swaps closed at US$ 49.75 compared to Q4’ 2014 closing of US$ 50.13, lost US$ 0.38 or 0.76%.
On 17 October, coal swap for delivery Q1' 2015 closed US$ 0.88 lower from the previous day closing and US$ 1.93 pet MT lower from 10 October 2014 closing. Q1 & Q4 2015 delivery swaps show a negative trend on day, on week and on month. Q4'15 lost US$ 3.88 (-7.23%) week on week.
The sub-bit Indonesia's coal swap for Q4' 2014 delivery has achieved a highest price of average US$ 51.12 / MT on 13 October 2014 and has entered its lowest level (US$ 50.13 / MT) on 17 October 2014.
