API 8 CFR SOUTH CHINA COAL SWAPS FOR AVERAGE Q2 14 DELIVERIES LOST 2.59% M-O-M
 COALspot.com: API 8 CFR South China Coal swaps for average Q2 14 deliveries lost 2.59 percent month on month and closed at US$ 74.15 per mt as on Friday 14 March 2014. The CFR South China Coal swap for delivery Q3 2014 lost on a month, week and day according to SGX AsiaClear OTC coal swap's reports released week ended 14 March 2014.
SGX has launched SGX Thermal Coal Futures on 21 Oct 2013.
Q3 delivery swap closed at US$ 74.47 a ton on 14 March 2014, a US$ 2.30 lower from a month and US$ 0.43 lower from a week ago closing. API 8 CFR South China coal shipment price for delivery Q1’ 15, lost US$ 2.08 month on month.
Q1’15 delivery swap closed at US$ 76.25 pmt on 14 March 2014, a $ 2.10 higher compared to Q2’ 2014 closing.
API 8 CFR South China Coal swap for average Q3’ 2014 deliveries closed US$ 0.32 (0.43%) higher compared to average Q2’ 2014 delivery price of US$ 74.15 on 14 March 2014. In the meantime, the average Q1 2015 coal swap was also closed 2.83 percent (US$ 2.10) higher than Q2’ 2014 swaps for the same period. According to this last week's swaps trend, Q3 2014 and Q1 2015 coal swaps are higher compared to Q2 prices. Market is showing a progressive move compare to Q2 prices versus end of this year prices.
API 8 CFR South China Coal for Q2’ 2014 delivery swap was achieved a highest price (US$ 74.30) on 13 March 2014, and swap experienced a lowest closing (US$ 72.28) on 10 March 2014.
API 8 CFR South China Coal swaps for deliveries Q2, Q3 and Q1 15 fell on a month and day.
Q2 and Q3 2014 prices were traded during end of last year or even last month significantly higher compare to current level.
On 6 December 2013, Q2 14 delivery swap was closed at US$ 82.62 compared to US$ 74.15 closed on 14 March 2014. Q4 Delivery price also fell US$ 6.57 per MT on 14 March 2014 compared to 6 December 2013 closing of US$ 82.82 per MT.
