SUB - BIT INDONESIA COAL SWAP SHOWS POSITIVE TREND
 COALspot.com - Sub-Bit Indonesia coal swaps (FOB ) for average Q2’ 2013 delivery has gained 2.70 percent and CFR South China coal shipment gained 1.04 W-O-W as of Friday, 12 April 2013, according to the data released by AsiaClear OTC coal swaps on Friday.
A commodity swap is a financial agreement whereby a floating, or spot; price is exchanged for a fixed rate over a specified contract period.

Sub-Bit Indonesia coal swaps (FOB ) for average Q2’ 2013 delivery has gained 2.70 percent W-W and 0.43 percent on D-D on Friday, 12 April 2013, AsiaClear OTC coal swap's report said. Sub-Bit FOB Indonesia coal swaps for average Q2’ 2013 delivery was opened on 8 April 2013 at US$ 63.57 pmt and closed at US$ 65.39 per MT on 12 April 2013.
Q4’ 2013 deliveries for the sub-bit Indonesia coal swap was opened at US$ 64.25 pmt on 8 April 2013 and closed at US$ 65.34 per MT on 8 April 2013. Average Q4’ delivery price has gained US$ 1.09 PMT W-o-W and US$ 0.09 D-o-D.
The sub-bit Indonesia's coal swaps for Cal 2014 delivery also gained 1.44 percent W-o-W and 0.07 percent D-o-D.
AsiaClear OTC Sub-Bit Indonesia coal swap for average calendar 2014 delivery closed US$ 2.21 higher compared to average Q2 delivery price of US$ 63.57on 12 April 2013. In the meantime, the Q4’ 2013 coal swap has closed US$ 0.05 higher than Q2 ‘ 2013 swap for the same period.
The sub-bit Indonesia's coal swaps for Q2’ 13 delivery lost US$ 1.07 (1.66 %) M-O-M.

CFR South China coal shipment for average Q2’ 2013 delivery price gained 1.04 per cent W-O-W and 0.04 per cent D-O-D as of Friday, 12 April 2013.
The average Q4’ 2013 delivery price has also gained W-W but flat D-D. The contract for the Q2’ 2013 price gained US$ 0.04 per MT W-o-W and closed at US$ 83.87 a ton on 12 April 2013. Q4 CFR South China coal shipment prices gained US$ 0.95 PMT W-W flat DoD.
CFR South China coal shipments (average Q2’ 2013 delivery) was opened at US$ 83.00 per MT on 8 April 2013 and closed at US$ 83.87 per MT on 12 April 2013 gained US$ 0.04 PMT in a week. The CFR South China coal swaps for Q4’ 2013 delivery also followed Q2 trend gained 1.12 percent (US 0.95 / MT) W-o-W.
CFR South China coal swap for average Q4’ 2013 delivery closed US$ 1.78 (PMT) higher compared to average Q2’ 2013 delivery price. The calendar 2014 coal swap has closed US$ 4.85 (PMT) higher than average Q2 2013 swap.
The CFR South China coal swaps for Q2’ 13 delivery lost US$ 1.55 (1.81%) M-O-M.
