BBJ WILL RELEASE A COAL CONTRACT
 Jakarta Futures Exchange will soon release a coal futures contracts during the quarter 1 / 2012.
Director of the Jakarta Futures Exchange (BBJ) Sakti Wibowo said Bihar has conducted intensive meetings with the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) and the Indonesian Coal Mining Association (APBI) to discuss the mechanism of coal futures market. “The latest product of this coal may be preceded by the transaction domestic market obligation (DMO), the next futures contract and the physical market.” The government wants the coal DMO transacted through the mechanism of futures exchanges.
